1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and My Reef Farm, doing business as The Reef Farm (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the reeffarm.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Shipping Policy

We care deeply about the safety of our animals and take every precaution to ensure they arrive healthy. Our shipping terms are as follows:

• Shipping Days: We ship only on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. We do not ship on Thursdays to avoid potential carrier delays that could result in animals being held over the weekend.
• Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via Priority Overnight. Our default carrier is FedEx, though we can ship via UPS upon request.
• Carrier Delays: While we pay for Priority service, we have no control over carrier operations once the package leaves our facility. We cannot be held responsible for carrier delays, though our packing methods are designed to keep animals safe for up to 48 hours.

3. DOA & Refund Policy

In the unfortunate event of a Dead on Arrival (DOA) occurrence:

• Credits: All verified DOA items will be credited back to you on your next order. We do not offer cash refunds for live animals.
• Verification: (Standard industry practice is to provide clear photos of the animal in the original sealed bag within 2 hours of delivery. Please contact us at sales@reeffarm.com to report a loss.)

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all Content and Marks are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.
