Shipping & Refund Policy

Our Commitment to Animal Safety

At The Reef Farm, we care deeply about the safety of our animals. We take every precaution in our packing process to ensure your corals arrive healthy and vibrant. Because we are dealing with live animals, we have strict shipping protocols to minimize risk.

Shipping Schedule & Methods

• Shipping Days: We ship only on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. We do not ship on Thursdays because we do not want to risk a carrier delay leaving animals in a box over the weekend.
• Priority Overnight: All orders are shipped via Priority Overnight. While we pay for the fastest service, we have no control over FedEx or UPS operations once the package leaves our farm.
• Carrier Choice: Our default carrier is FedEx. We will ship via UPS if specifically requested by the customer.
• Delays: Our packing methods are designed to keep animals safe for up to 48 hours, but we cannot be held responsible for carrier errors or late deliveries.

Live Arrival Guarantee (DOA Policy)

In the unfortunate event that an animal does not survive the trip:

• Store Credit: All verified DOA (Dead on Arrival) items are credited back to you for use on your next order. We do not offer cash refunds for live animals.
• Reporting a Loss: Please email clear photos of the deceased animal in the original, unopened sealed bag to sales@reeffarm.com within 2 hours of the recorded delivery time.
