Although shipping is never under our control, we are happy to cover your losses with replacements – yes, ALL OF THEM! Since all of our corals are 100% aquacultured, it’s unlikely that this will ever come up unless the box is lost for longer than a couple days! If it does, however, rest assured that we will generate a credit for the unfortunate animals, and you will be shipped a replacement on your next order. Please contact us within the first 24 hours of your delivery to report any noticeable stress or damage.
